Lawrence County Emergency Communications District is dedicated to protecting lives and property by providing a uniform emergency number for people to quickly and efficiently receive emergency assistance with the ultimate goal of saving lives and property and the quicker apprehension of criminals, keeping in mind the safety of emergency responders and the citizens of Lawrence County.

All of our operators are trained in giving lifesaving instructions over the phone. They are your “first, first responder” in an emergency.
